Customer Service Representative

CARSTAR Collision and Glass in York Region is looking for an exceptional individual that is CUSTOMER FOCUSED and great at providing a superior customer experience to join our organization as a Customer Service Representative (CSR).

About the Role:
The CSR plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to customers and business partners. This role requires a team-oriented person with a great attitude, good computer skills and problem solving ability. The CSR works with all other departments in the facility to ensure the company delivers quality services to its clients.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Managing the customer experience, handling customer requests, using the company Mitchell Repair Centre Management system, handling vehicle files, serving insurance customers, performing various administrative tasks, etc.

Qualifications:
College/University degree or diploma is preferred (combination of education and experience will also be considered)
Positive attitude and solid work ethic
Working knowledge of vehicles
Strong computer skills & ability to learn new systems
Experience with MS Office suite
Automotive industry experience is an asset
